How much do you charge?

Every custom cake is individually priced. Prices are based on amount of servings and work that is involved.  For reference, buttercream cakes start at $6.00 per serving and Fondant cakes start at $7.00 per serving.  Sculpted cakes, figures, flowers and decorating time are all extra.

​When is the best time to order a cake?

As soon as possible.  Dates do book up quickly.

​Do you require a deposit to reserve a date?

Yes. I require a non-refundable $50 deposit to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due one month before your event. ​If balance is not paid within two weeks of the event, There will be no refund and the order will not be fulfilled.

What is Fondant? 

​Fondant is like sugar playdoh. It is kneaded, rolled and draped over cakes. It gives a cake a smooth Matte finish.

What methods of payment do you accept?

​Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, Credit Card & check.  All returned checks will be charged a fee of $30

​How far do you deliver and what are your delivery fees?

Delivery fees vary and are calculated by the distance traveled. All wedding cakes and some specialty cakes require delivery due to special handling needs. I deliver to Dutchess, Westchester, Rockland, Ulster and Putnam Counties. There is no charge for delivery to Wappingers Falls, Fishkill and Hopewell Jct.

​Are your cakes frozen?

No, I do not freeze my cakes.

​

​Do you use Nut products?

​Unless you specifically ask for nuts, or a cake or filling that might have it (like peanut butter mousse), I do NOT use nuts.​

Gluten free and Vegan cakes are available by special order.

​Do you have an edible printer for personal pictures I may want in my order?

​Yes. There will be an additional charge for edible pictures. Unfortunately, edible ink is very expensive. But I am able to print any picture you would like.
